About The Red Cross
Mission
The American Red Cross in Maine, a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers and guided by its congressional charter and the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
The region is governed by a local board of directors and must raise 100% of the funds necessary to prepare, connect and respond to the needs of Maine from local individuals, corporations and foundations Maine.
